Đây là chính sách chung. Mỗi ứng dụng có thêm một phụ lục nói rõ ứng dụng đó thu thập gì; phụ lục và trang này áp dụng cùng lúc.

Mimin Math — có dữ liệu của trẻ em

1. Chúng tôi là ai

bamimin.com là một studio làm ứng dụng di động cho gia đình. Liên hệ về quyền riêng tư: support@bamimin.com.

2. Nguyên tắc

Chỉ thu thập thứ cần để ứng dụng chạy được. Không thu thập để dành.
Không bán dữ liệu. Không chia sẻ cho bên quảng cáo.
Không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
Không mạng quảng cáo, không SDK theo dõi hành vi, không định danh xuyên ứng dụng.

3. Dữ liệu chung mọi ứng dụng

Chúng tôi không lưu mật khẩu — không ứng dụng nào của chúng tôi dùng mật khẩu. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu số thẻ: mọi khoản thanh toán do App Store hoặc Google Play xử lý, chúng tôi chỉ nhận lại mã giao dịch và trạng thái gói.

5. Giữ bao lâu, xoá thế nào

Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ trong lúc tài khoản còn hoạt động.
Bạn xoá tài khoản trong ứng dụng thì chúng tôi xoá ngay dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản đó và vô hiệu hoá tài khoản; phần còn lại được xoá hẳn trong vòng 30 ngày.
Bản sao lưu định kỳ có thể còn dữ liệu thêm tối đa 30 ngày nữa rồi tự hết hạn.
Muốn xoá mà không mở được ứng dụng: viết cho support@bamimin.com.

6. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, xuất và xoá dữ liệu của mình; rút lại đồng ý; và khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu ở nước bạn. Viết cho support@bamimin.com, chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày.

7. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng nào có dữ liệu của trẻ em thì nói rõ trong phụ lục của ứng dụng đó, kèm cách cha mẹ đồng ý và cách rút lại. Tài khoản luôn thuộc về người lớn.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Có thay đổi đáng kể thì chúng tôi báo trong ứng dụng trước khi áp dụng. Ngày cập nhật luôn nằm ở đầu trang này.

This is the general policy. Each app has an appendix stating what that app collects; the appendix and this page apply together.

Per-app appendix: Mimin Math — involves children's data.

1. Who we are

bamimin.com is an independent studio making mobile apps for families. Privacy contact: support@bamimin.com.

2. Principles

We collect only what the app needs to work.
We do not sell data and do not share it with advertisers.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
No ad networks, no behavioural tracking SDKs, no cross-app identifiers.

3. Data common to all apps

We store no passwords — none of our apps use them. We never receive or store card numbers: payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and we only receive a transaction identifier and status.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active.
Deleting your account in the app removes the associated data immediately and disables the account; anything remaining is erased within 30 days.
Routine backups may retain data for up to a further 30 days before expiring.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and delete your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Apps involving children's data say so in their appendix, including how a parent consents and how consent is withdrawn. Accounts always belong to an adult.

8. Changes

We announce material changes in the app before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
