Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng
- Mở Mimin Math, chọn tab Tài khoản.
- Chạm vào tên bạn ở đầu màn.
- Chạm ••• rồi chọn Xoá tài khoản.
- Đọc cảnh báo và xác nhận.
Tài khoản bị xoá ngay sau khi bạn xác nhận.
Không vào được ứng dụng?
Gửi email từ địa chỉ đã dùng để đăng nhập Mimin Math, để chúng tôi xác minh đúng chủ tài khoản:
- Đến: support@bamimin.com
- Tiêu đề:
[Mimin Math] Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản
- Không bao giờ gửi mật khẩu hay mã đăng nhập.
Sau khi xác minh, chúng tôi xoá tài khoản trong 2 ngày làm việc và gửi email xác nhận.
Xoá rồi thì sao
- Hồ sơ các con, bài đã giao, kết quả, phiên đăng nhập và email đăng nhập bị xoá ngay. Tài khoản bị
vô hiệu hoá, phần còn lại xoá hẳn trong 30 ngày.
- Liên kết làm bài của các con ngừng hoạt động. Người thân bạn đã mời không còn xem được hồ sơ các con.
- Bản sao lưu định kỳ có thể còn dữ liệu thêm tối đa 30 ngày rồi tự hết hạn.
- Việc xoá không lùi lại được. Đăng nhập lại sau này sẽ tạo một tài khoản mới, trống.
Muốn chỉ xoá dữ liệu của một con mà giữ tài khoản: mở hồ sơ con đó trong ứng dụng và xoá hồ sơ.

Delete your account — Mimin Math

Delete in the app
- Open Mimin Math and select the Account tab.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap •••, then Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm.
Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address you use to sign in to Mimin Math, so we can verify you own the account:
- To: support@bamimin.com
- Subject:
[Mimin Math] Account deletion request
- Never send a password or sign-in code.
Once ownership is verified, we delete the account within 2 business days and confirm by email.
What deletion means
- Child profiles, assignments, results, sessions and sign-in emails are removed immediately. The
account is disabled and the remainder erased within 30 days.
- Your children's work links stop working. Family members you invited lose access to the child profiles.
- Routine backups may retain data for up to a further 30 days.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in again later creates a new, empty account.
To remove one child's data but keep your account, open that child's profile in the app and delete the
